A website with a series of Flash based resources for the teaching of mathematics.
This software can be downloaded for free. Obviously, the free version is a little more locked down than the paid version but it’s well worth a look!
Sketchpad gives students a tangible, visual way to learn mathematics that increases their engagement, understanding, and achievement. And it’s not just for geometry. Use it for elementary and middle school math, algebra, precalculus, and calculus

This Java applet looks to be quite old but it still has value when teaching the early concepts of Ratio. Pupils are asked to place fish into ponds and discover that there is more than one way to show ratio.
This would even be a fabulous game to re-create in your IWB software!

Rather than citing all 107 resources separately, I invite you to explore this very rich maths resource. With interactive activities that range from K -12 this is a really valuable place to stock up your collection.
I really like the Dynamic Paper creator as it helps with the gaps in some IWB software when it comes to creating precise graphing axis, grids etc. You can create your grid/ axis / shape etc and then save them as a jpg or PDF. This can then be imported into Activ Inspire, Notebook, Easiteach or any other IWB software and used effectively.
Other Fabulous resources include:
plus so many more!

This Turtle Pond activity is perfect for Lower Primary maths. Particularly when dealing with the content requirements for Location and Transformation from the ACARA. A simple flash-based activity that can be used on an IWB to model and then on individual machines with pupils to practice.
Help the turtle get to his pond whilst learning the concepts of turns, directions and distance.
NB://Forward remains with the “up” arrow which can make the concept harder.
